If you’ve got your wedding coming up next year then you’re probably starting to finalise many of the details for your big day. Don’t forget about your entertainment, it’s going to be the most memorable part of the day so it’s really important that you get it right.
You only need to take five minutes to find a host of wedding entertainment disasters on Youtube which just goes to show that it really can go wrong if you’re not careful. Of course, most of the time it’s all planned perfectly and nothing goes wrong so make sure you’re one of those people who do get it right and book early!
So, this is the part where I tell you about all the things I can do for you but first a little bit about me.
I’ve been playing the trumpet for over twenty years, hold two degrees in music and have played to audiences all over the world. I’ve made several appearances on BBC Radio over the past few years and well, I guess I’m not too bad at the trumpet!
I’ve also worked for Disney Cruise Lines where I was awarded the Musician of the Year in 2012 and I’ve appeared on P&O’s cruise ship Ventura.
So now the interesting bit, what can I do for you on your wedding day? Well, read on to find out.
I’m able to perform with an organist/pianist or can be fully self contained with backing tracks to accompany me. This means that however big or small your venue is you’ll still be able to have a trumpet at your event even if there’s no organ or piano.
You can book me to play at the ceremony during your guests’ arrival, the Bride’s entrance, the signing of the register, the Bride and Groom’s exit, your guests departure. I can also accompany the singing of Hymns with trumpet descants.
So really, you’re going to get a great trumpet player who’s a jolly nice chap too (I’d like to think so anyway).
I’m sure you’ve probably got loads of questions so please do ask away, just send a message to my email: firstname.lastname@example.org
How easy is that?!
Please don’t take my word for it, listen to clips of me playing on the right of the screen. You can hear “The Prince of Denmark’s March” which for those of you who don’t know is the classic wedding procession trumpet tune.
Why not save some money and book your wedding band at the same time as booking me for your ceremony. This is the bit where I come out with the same old cliches about “the best wedding band in the UK” and all that sort of thing. Well, actually, I’m not going to tell you that because what I think doesn’t really matter. It’s what you and everyone else thinks that really matters to us.
I am proud to be a member of party band Brando, with non-stop performance and high energy sets it’s not hard to see why we’re in such high demand.
Here’s a little bit about what we do…
Available to hire as a 3-8 piece band including a brass section Brando are a high energy, versatile unit, with vast performance experience having gigged consistently throughout Europe for the last decade. With a set list as long as your arm Brando can cater for most musical requirements whether it be genre or specific songs.
Yes that’s right, we play a LOT of songs. Generally, if you ask us to, we’ll play it straight away for you. There really aren’t that many bands with that kind of versatility. Also, we’re not great believers in taking breaks so you can expect us to play for up to three hours non-stop at your party.
I guess you’re probably going to want to know who these guys are so here’s a link to our website
You can check out video’s, testimonials, the mammoth set list and a load of other stuff. Right, so that’s the publicity stuff over with. Remember, do get in touch if you need a solo trumpet player or a whole band for your event, I’d love to help you out.
All the best.
